Who runs this
I'm Akash Jindal. I work as a Product Owner in an AI Centre of Excellence at a UK bank. Before that I worked on product teams at Dyson and PlayStation. I hold the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) and ICAgile Agile Product Ownership certifications.
I've coached job seekers one to one since 2024. Students have booked more than 239 sessions through my Topmate profile and left 104 ratings. This website is where I now take bookings directly.
How a session works
Be Job Ready (CV, LinkedIn and cover letter)
We share a screen and go through your CV section by section, the way a UK hiring manager reads it. Then we put your LinkedIn profile next to it so both tell the same story. I mark up every change live, and afterwards you get annotated screenshots of each fix.
Interview Prep
We start from the type of interview you're facing: HR, hiring manager or director. You build five core stories you can reuse across questions, and a one-minute introduction that lands. Then we run a realistic mock interview with detailed feedback.

A small team
A second coach takes some early-morning and evening sessions. When you book, you'll see who your coach is.
What we don't do
We don't guarantee interviews or job offers, and we don't give immigration, visa or legal advice. We help you present your experience well and prepare properly; employers make the decisions.
