How your session is delivered

After you pay

• Your booking is confirmed straight away by email, usually within a few minutes.
• The email includes a calendar invite with the date, time, your coach and the Google Meet link.
• No email after 15 minutes? Check your spam folder, then email hello@theakashjindal.com.

The session

• Sessions run at the time you booked. The booking page shows UK time and your own time zone.
• Join the Google Meet link from a laptop with a camera and microphone. Your coach will let you in.
• Be Job Ready and Interview Prep both last 60 minutes. Sessions are in English.
• Please send your CV at least 24 hours before, by replying to your confirmation email.

After the session

• Be Job Ready: annotated screenshots of every fix, by email within 2 working days.
• Interview Prep: a short feedback summary and practice resources, by email within 2 working days.

If something goes wrong on the day

• A problem on our side (for example our connection fails): we rearrange at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.
• A problem on your side: rejoin the same link. We'll use the time that's left, but we can't always add time lost to a connection problem on your end.
• If you don't join within 10 minutes, the session counts as delivered. See refunds and cancellations.
